Regulator Ministry of Communications and Information Technology announced the following numbering ranges in effect in Saudi Arabia:

+966 3 xxxxxxx Dahran, Dammam, Khobar
+966 4 xxxxxxx Madenah, Tabok
+966 5 xxxxxxx mobile
+966 6 xxxxxxx Boraydah, Hail, Oneza
+966 7 xxxxxxx Abha, Jezan, Najran
+966 8 xxxxxxx mobile
