Other Information

ITU assigned country code 385, which came into service 1 October 1993 to replace the old Yugoslav country code 38 territory. Some area code restructuring was reported for 1995, with various subscriber number changes continuing until 1997. The capital Zagreb converted from 6-digit local numbers to 7-digit numbers as of 1 July 1995.
